British Man Arrested for Murder

(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) -- A 45-year-old man has been arrested on murder charges after shooting two men Saturday night, and fatally killing one, ABC affiliate KATV reports.
Terry Detherow, of England, is charged with the murder of 37-year-old John Mosley. The Brit shot Mosley at a party Saturday evening in Scott. Police said Detherow became involved in an argument after 9 p.m. Detherow reportedly fired a handgun at two men. Charles Wilmoth was grazed with a bullet, and Mosley was shot in the chest. Mosley was taken to a hospital and later died.
Detherow then fled to Little Rock, hid out in a hotel and beat his girlfriend, deputies said.
He is being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
