Conway Police Close Rape Case

(CONWAY, Ark.) -- A 22-year-old Conway woman who said she was raped in an alley has told investigators with the Conway Police Department that she is no longer interested in pursuing the case, ABC affiliate KATV-TV reports.

The woman told police that an unknown black male with a baseball bat attacked her July 26 around 9:30 p.m. outside of the Pizza Hut on Club Lane. He reportedly forced her into an alley where he then raped her.

The case has been closed.
