Former Central Arkansas Water CEO Jim Harvey Dies

(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) -- The former CEO of Central Arkansas Water, James “Jim” Toler Harvey passed away on Tuesday, the Arkansas Business reports. He was 72.

His funeral will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Church of Christ, located at 10900 N. Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock.

Instead of sending flowers, Harvey’s family would like memorials to be sent to the Little Rock Police Helicopter Fund.
