Police Arrest Woman Accused of Stealing Over $70k from Employer

(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) -- Police arrested a woman who allegedly stole thousands of dollars from her employer since 2006, ABC affiliate KATV-TV reports.
Officials took 43-year-old Michelle L. Rosenbaum into custody on Tuesday. A local business owner reported in late January to the Sheriff's Office that his office manager had been stealing from the company, and he estimated that she had taken over $70,000. After an investigation, it was determined that the employee had stolen almost $37,000 in the past three years alone.
Rosenbaum was charged with one count of B felony Theft of Property and two counts of C felony Forgery. She is being held in the Sheridan Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.
