As of Monday morning, one lane of the road has been shut down, though the remaining lane could be closed if conditions get worse, says the <em>Times</em>.</p>

The victim told police that one of the men brandished a handgun, told him to undress and then run down the street. <br /><br />The victim contacted police from a neighbor's home. His shirt and shoes were recovered at the scene, but his pants, wallet, cell phone and keys were taken by the robbers, reports the <em>Democrat-Gazette</em>.<br /><br />The robbers were described as a pair of black men. <p>The proposed bike lane would stretch from Interstate 630 south to Roosevelt Road.</p>
<p>The department has arranged for a public meeting to discuss the proposal. Representatives from the traffic engineering and civil engineering division will be there to address concerns about traffic and safety, and to hear from the public.</p>
<p>The meeting will be held June 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Rufus K. Young Christian Church at 2020 South Main Street.</p>

<p>Officers said that three individuals were walking on East Capitol Avenue near the park at 5:38 p.m. Saturday when one of them began firing a handgun at random. Nobody was injured during the spree, but a car and up to two residences were damaged by stray bullets.</p>
<p>Police who arrived to investigate the incident recovered 16 rounds in or near the park, but the handgun was not recovered.</p>
<p>A man that police initially thought was the shooting was taken into custody on Saturday, but was later released without charges after being questioned.</p>
<p>Police are still investigating what they&rsquo;re calling a &ldquo;terroristic act.&rdquo;</p>

A store employee told Little Rock Police that she had emptied money from a number of self checkout machines at the store, and the money was placed in bags to be counted.
