Suspect Held After Shootout with Bounty Hunters

(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) -- A suspect is in custody following a shootout involving bounty hunters in Little Rock on Monday night.

Police say two bounty hunters from New Orleans tracked a suspect to the Bristol Park Apartments in West Little Rock. When the bounty hunters attempted to make contact, a chase reportedly ensued followed by an exchange of gunfire with the bounty hunters and their target. There were no reports of injury.

The suspect was eventually held by the bounty hunters and then taken into custody by police.
