Police Identify Tennessee Man Who Died After Setting Himself on Fire

(KNOXVILLE, Tenn.) -- Police on Thursday identified a 60-year-old man who died after setting himself on fire Wednesday morning, the Knoxville News Sentinel reports.

Michael McReynolds, of 1402 Craig Road, off Northshore Drive, set himself ablaze about 11 a.m. in his front yard, the paper says.

Police say the family had recently received bad news concerning finances, according to the Sentinel.
