Reba, Rascal Flatts Remember Dan Wheldon

Russ Harrington/Valory/StarstruckThe loss of Indy car driver Dan Wheldon is hitting the country music community particularly hard.  Curb and Big Machine Records co-sponsored Wheldon’s car that won this year’s Indianapolis 500.

Shortly after Wheldon's death, Reba, members of Rascal Flatts and Justin Moore sent their thoughts and prayers via Twitter.  Justin tweeted,  “My thoughts and prayers go out to dan wheldon's family and friends. Met him a couple times. Great guy.”  Joe Don Rooney remarked on the “tragic loss for [his family and friends] & everyone in the Indy racing world!”  Reba simply said, “My heart hurts.”
