Brad Paisley and Zac Brown Eligible for Best Original Song Oscar Nominations

Arista NashvilleBrad Paisley and Zac Brown could be Best Original Song nominees  at the Oscars next year. Brad's song from Cars 2 with British pop star Robbie Williams, "Collision of Worlds," is one of 39 compositions eligible for a Best Original Song nomination. Zac's song from Footloose, "Where the River Goes," is also eligible. Both Brad and Zac would be nominated as songwriters.

The 84th Annual Academy Awards nominations will be announced Tuesday, January 24. The show will air on ABC on February 26 from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
