Blue October Frontman Launches Divorce Support Website

Teresa JolieAfter dealing with the hardships of his recent divorce, Blue October lead singer Justin Furstfeld has created a website that offers support for others going through the same experience. Furstfeld’s website, AnyManInAmerica.com, is for both parents and children who have dealt -- or are dealing with -- the issues of shared parenting and child custody to discuss their personal experiences. The site also allows anyone to upload a photo of themselves or a message they wish to send to their loved ones.
The idea for the website came to Furstenfeld after he filmed the video for Blue October's song “The Feel Again (Stay)” from their latest album, Any Man in America. In the video, Furstenfeld sits in a chair singing the words while holding up supportive paper messages for his daughter to read.
To further the cause, Blue October is bringing representatives from the American Coalition of Fathers and Children on the road with them to educate fans about divorce during their current Any Man In America tour.
