Fantasia, NFL Choir Making Joyful Noise During Super Bowl Weekend

PR NewswireFantasia has a new baby boy at home, but that won't keep the American Idol alum from headlining the 13th annual Super Bowl Gospel Celebration in Indianapolis next month. As a special treat, Fantasia will take the stage with her mom Diane Barrino for a special duet during the February 3 taping at Clowes Memorial Hall of Butler University. Donnie McClurkin, Hezekiah Walker and Wess Morgan have also signed on to perform for the live audience, along with Verizon's How Sweet the Sound 2011 Overall Winning Choir, Salvation and Deliverance Church Choir.
CeCe Winans and Let's Make a Deal host Wayne Brady will co-host the NFL-sanctioned event during Super Bowl XLVI Weekend. The NFL Choir, comprised of current and former players, will also join the celebration. Led by McClurkin, they'll sing a gospel favorite with Fantasia.
Tickets for the gospel celebration are available online. The telecast will air as a one-hour program.
