fun. Launches "The Ally Coalition" to Support Gay Rights

Facebook.com/OurNameIsFunfun. is doing their part to support gay rights.  The band has announced that they’ve partnered with guitarist Jack Antonoff’s sister, designer Rachel Antonoff, to create The Ally Coalition.  The organization invites their supporters, or allies, to fight discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning/queer people through “education, awareness and advocacy.”  In addition, The Ally Coalition will work to raise awareness and funds in support of LGBTQ equality.

You’ll be contributing to the cause if you attend one of fun.’s headlining dates on the REVERB Campus Consciousness Tour, which kicks off on October 31 at the State Theatre in Portland, ME.  For more information, visit TheAllyCoalition.org.
