Ne-Yo's "R.E.D." Album Debuts High on the "Billboard" 200 Albums Chart
Facebook.com/Ne-YoNe-Yo's fifth studio album, R.E.D., debuts at #4 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, selling 66,000 copies. He surpassed expectations from label sources, who predicted that the Grammy winner would move around 55,000 units, according to Billboard.
R.E.D. gives Ne-Yo his fifth straight top 10 album. His 2006 debut, In My Own Words, reached #1 on the Billboard 200, as did his 2007 disc Because of You. Ne-Yo's 2008 release, Year of the Gentleman, topped out at #2, while 2010's Libra Scale peaked at #9.
