Rod Stewart Holds On to #3 Spot on "Billboard" 200; Aerosmith Debuts at #5

Verve Music GroupRod Stewart has good reason to celebrate some holiday cheer as his new album Merry Christmas, Baby, hangs onto the #3 spot on the Billboard 200 after its second week in stores.  The singer's first-ever full-length holiday record sold 74,000 copies, just 13,000 less than it did during its debut week on the charts.

Aerosmith, meanwhile, scored a #5 debut on the tally with Music from Another Dimension!, which moved 63,000 copies.  The album is the band's first studio effort since 2004's Honkin' on Bobo, which also bowed in fifth place on the Billboard 200.
