In Expletive-Filled Rant, Adam Levine Calls "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" "The. Worst. Thing. That's. Ever. Happened"

Tasos Katopodis/Getty Images for Caesars EntertainmentThe TV show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo is pretty polarizing: some people love it and some people can't stand it.  But Maroon 5's Adam Levine wins the prize for hating the show the most.  He tells GQ magazine that he feels the series is "the worst thing that's ever happened."

Asked by GQ what would be worse: waking up not famous or waking up as one of Honey Boo Boo's parents, Adam goes off on the show.  "Seriously, Honey Boo Boo is the DECAY of Western civilization," he fumes.  "Just because so many people watch the show doesn't mean it's good.  So many people witness atrocities and can't take their eyes away from them, but that doesn't mean they're good."

He continues, "That show is literally The. Worst. Thing. That's. Ever. Happened.  It's complete f**ing ignorance and the most despicable way to treat your kids."

C'mon Adam. How do you really feel about this show?

"F**k those people," rants Adam.  "You can put that in the magazine: F**k those idiots.  They're just the worst.  Sorry, I'm so sensitive to that -- like, I don't know, man, it's upsetting.  Just to clarify, I said, 'F**k THOSE PEOPLE.'"
