Chris Brown Accused of Snatching Fan's Phone, Then Driving Away

Sony Music EntertainmentEver the headline-maker, Chris Brown is facing a robbery accusation, after Miami Beach police say he angrily snatched a fan's iPhone then drove off with the device.  According to local news accounts, a police report indicates that Brown and "Rack City" rapper Tyga were leaving the Cameo nightclub earlier this week when a fan followed Breezy outside to his black Bentley.  The fan -- Shanae Spann -- pulled out her iPhone to snap a picture of Brown sitting in the car.  That reportedly ticked Chris off, Shanae tells police, explaining that the singer reached through his open car window and snatched the phone from her hands.  According to the report, Brown told the woman, "Bitch, you ain't going to put that on no website."  Brown then reportedly rolled up his window and drove away with the iPhone.

Now Chris is accused of "Robbery by Sudden Snatching."  If the incident did in fact take place, then it won't be the first time that Brown's lost his temper.  In 2009, he pleaded guilty to assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna.  Then, last year, he flew into a rage after being asked questions about the assault on ABC's Good Morning America.  Brown stormed into his dressing room, then reportedly smashed a window with a chair.
