Justin Timberlake & Elton John Searching for Director for Biopic

ABC/Harper SmithIn January, Elton John said that Justin Timberlake was his #1 pick to play him a movie biopic that would be a "surreal look" at his life.  Now, word comes that the project is moving along -- Elton's partner David Furnish tells E! Online that Justin and Elton have discussed the film, but they now need to find a director. 

"It's important we all share the same vision," Furnish told E!  "Justin also says he has to feel comfortable with the director and the director has to be comfortable with Justin.  The chemistry is really important.  There's no race to make this.  We're just going to take the time to make it right." 

Justin portrayed a young Elton in the video for Elton's 2001 single "This Train Don't Stop There Anymore,"  and he looked exactly like him.
