Report: Rihanna and Chris Brown’s Friends Trying to Prevent Pair from Renewing Relationship

Facebook.com/RihannaRihanna and Chris Brown got back together for collaborations on remixes of Ri-Ri's “Birthday Cake” and Chris’ “Turn Up the Music,” but that’s as far as some friends want the relationship to go.  TMZ.com quotes sources as saying friends of both singers are trying desperately to keep the two apart.

According to the TMZ sources, Rihanna still has deep feelings for Chris, despite his brutal assault on her three years ago, and if it wasn’t for her fans and the media, she would have already taken him back.  The report says Breezy also has feelings for Rihanna, even though he currently has a girlfriend.

According to TMZ sources, friends of both singers have expressed strong reservations to the pair about spending time together and have warned them that it’s a bad idea, both personally and professionally.

Still, it may be a losing battle for pals.  As one source tells TMZ, “You can't hold back love.”
