Madonna's Video Sneak Peek: Pom-Poms, Trenchoats & Football Players
Interscope RecordsMadonna will perform her new single "Give Me All Your Luvin'" this Sunday as part of her Super Bowl halftime performance, and she's carried the football theme through in the video for the song, which got a special sneak preview on American Idol Thursday night. About a minute of the video was shown; the full clip will have its premiere Friday at 9 a.m. on Madonna's YouTube channel, according to MTV.
The video starts with a squad of cheerleaders, led by rappers Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., shaking their pom-poms on what looks like a suburban street, and chanting, "L-U-V Madonna! Y-O-U, you wanna?" Madonna then knocks down the door of a house pushing a baby carriage; she's wearing sunglasses and trenchcoat. When she runs into a team of football players, she takes off the trenchcoat, revealing a sexy black leotard-like outfit. Then, it starts to rain gold raindrops; the football players cover her with their umbrellas, and then lay down team jackets so she doesn't have to walk in the gold puddles.
As Madonna continues to strut down the street, the football players tear apart a taxi that's standing in her way, and then lift her up sideways, so she appears to walk up a wall while lying down. All this is intercut with shots of a super-sexy looking Madonna standing against a brick wall and shaking her butt. The clip ends there.
"Give Me All Your Luvin'" is the first single from Madonna's new album MDNA, which is coming out in March.
