Sugarland's Kristian Bush Must Give Deposition in Stage Collapse Investigation

Dana TynanA judge in Indianapolis is now ordering Sugarland's Kristian Bush to give a deposition by April 15 for the investigation into last August's deadly stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair.  According to Indianapolis ABC affiliate, WRTV, Sugarland's lawyers were told last week only the duo's lead singer Jennifer Nettles would have to give a deposition since she was president of their ownership company, Lucky Star, Inc.

Bush and Nettles will be questioned about whether or not they refused to cancel or delay the show last August.  Prior to their appearance, the stage rigging collapsed onto the crowd killing seven people and injuring many more.

Last week, the judge ordered Nettles to give a deposition before she embarks on a five-month tour with Sugarland this fall.
