Tenacious D Headed for First-Ever Top 10 Album on Billboard 200

Columbia RecordsTenacious D’s latest album is expected to make a big splash on the Billboard 200 album chart this week. The band’s third album, Rize of the Fenix, is expected to be their first-ever top-10 album, with projected sales putting it somewhere around 40,000 to 50,000 copies. 

Garbage, meanwhile, is also expected to make the top-10 list this week with their fifth studio album, Not Your Kind of People. That album is expected to sell about 20,000 copies.

We’ll find out if both bands make the top 10 when the new Billboard 200 chart is released on Wednesday.
