Rascal Flatts Prepares to Hit the Stage for Changed Tour Next Month

Big Machine RecordsRascal Flatts launches their highly anticipated Changed tour June 15 in Hartford, CT. Eli Young Band, Little Big Town and Edens Edge join them on the all-band lineup. Fans will also be treated to a completely new stage and set list from Rascal Flatts.

Preparations for this new show have been underway for months, and Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus has just about got his part down.

"When we put together the kind of show that we put together, it's kind of the same format every night," Jay explains. "So, once you rehearse it and you know it well, you just go out and try to execute it the best you can."

Jay compares performing a Rascal Flatts show to playing in a football game, saying, "You just kind of go out and try to make the plays." Jay also admits to getting a big shot of adrenaline just before showtime.

Rascal Flatts will perform at the CMA Music Festival Saturday, June 10 before launching their new tour.
