Justin Bieber stays pretty connected to his fans, but often gives back in a big way to those with special needs. One such fan is five-year-old Mia Pruder, who suffers from muscular dystrophy and something called mitochondrial depletion syndrome.
Two weeks ago, Mia was given six tickets to Justin's November 23 concert in Ottawa, Canada, and on Tuesday, Justin sent Mia an autographed photo and personal video greeting, reports Canada's QMI Agency.
Back in February, Mia's family set up a special Biebs for Mia Facebook page in hopes of arranging a meeting between Mia and Justin.
The 12-second video -- which was posted to Facebook by Mia's family -- opens with Justin's personal shout out to Mia and her family. In the video, Justin can be seen wearing a white T-shirt that says, "Doing real stuff," as he says, "I just wanted to say my prayers are going out to you and your family. You're super strong. You inspire me and thank you for being the biggest fan. I love you."
According to her mother Heather Pruder, Mia may have a chance to meet Justin at the November concert but won't know until she picks up the tickets. As for the video, "[Mia’s] quite thrilled about it," said Heather, and has watched the video "about 100 times."
Meanwhile the Biebs for Mia Facebook page includes pictures of Mia being visted by members of Justin's family -- father Jeremy and half-siblings Jaxson and Jazzy.
