Madonna's Concert Demands Reportedly Include Roses with Six-Inch Stems, On-Site Dry Cleaner
Kevin Mazur/WireImageMadonna's massive MDNA tour is currently making its way around the world, and as you might assume, Madge has quite a list of backstage demands that must be met at every tour stop, not in the least because she's traveling with about 200 people.
An "insider" tells In Touch Weekly that Madonna''s 200-person entourage includes 30 bodyguards, personal chefs, a yoga instructor, an acupuncturist and even an on-site dry cleaner. At each tour stop, the list of demands -- called a "rider" -- includes 20 international phone lines for her dressing room, as well as lillies and white and light-pink roses whose stems have been trimmed to exactly six inches.
The insider also claims that when Madonna stays over in a hotel, she insists that all the furniture be removed from her room, and replaces it with her own furniture that she has shipped to each city.
Since Madonna is one of the world's biggest stars, all this sounds plausible, but be aware: the British magazine Look recently published a similar article about Britney Spears' crazy backstage demands for her X Factor gig, only to end up having to apologize in print when it was revealed that the information was more than a decade old.
