Sevendust to Begin Recording Ninth Studio Album in September
7 Bros/AsylumIt appears that a new album from Sevendust is headed our way. On Wednesday, the band took to their Twitter account to deliver the news that they’re going to start recording their ninth studio album in the fall, tweeting, “SEPT 5TH!!!! STUDIO.”
Before the band hits the studio, members will be finishing up work on their side projects. Call Me No One, the lineup of which includes guitarist Clint Lowery and drummer Morgan Rose, will hit the road next month for a brief North American tour in support of their recently-released debut album, Last Parade.
In addition, guitarist John Connolly and bassist Vince Hornsby are currently working on the debut album of their new band, Projected, which features Scott Phillips from Creed/Alter Bridge on drums. That album is expected to be released sometime later this year.
