Family Friend Was Driving Jet Ski that Struck Usher's Stepson

E! News, citing an incident report, says the driver was family friend Jeffrey S. Hubbard. The report notes that alcohol was not a factor in the accident at Atlanta’s Lake Lanier.

Melissa Cummings, who's with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, tells E! News, "The entire incident in question is under investigation, which includes Mr. Hubbard. We are not currently speculating on what charges might be filed."

Kyle Glover, the son of Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster, was riding on an inner tube with a teenage girl when they were struck by the jet ski. TMZ.com reported earlier this week that Glover has been declared brain dead.
