Wynonna Judd Sues Former Stepfather over Loan on His Kentucky Home

Big EnterprisesWynonna Judd is suing her former stepfather Michael Ciminella seeking more than $200,000 for a mortgage on a Louisville, KY home he took out from her back in 1994. Ciminella still lives in the home, and Judd claims he has defaulted on the loan, according to the Louisville Courier-Journal. Her suit seeks for the property to be sold through the courts to pay off the mortgage. Ciminella's lawyers claim the money Judd gave him was a gift and not a loan.

Ciminella is the ex-husband of Naomi Judd and the father of Wynonna's sister Ashley Judd.
