Miranda Lambert enlisted her new friend, NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, to co-star in her upcoming video for "Fastest Girl in Town." Danica was the first person Miranda thought of when she was dreaming up this video.
"We had so much fun playing two bad-ass chicks up to no good," Miranda says with a laugh. "Danica has a really busy schedule, and I'm thrilled she was able to take time to come to Tennessee and be a part of this."
The video also features actor W. Earl Brown, star of HBO's Deadwood. Miranda calls Earl a "true character" and says, "He brings so much charisma and authenticity to his scenes."
"Fastest Girl in Town" marks the first time Miranda doesn't actually perform music in one of her videos. She says, "I really get to act in the video. We have live sound and action scenes which feel more like a mini-movie than a music video."
Fans will get to see Miranda's "Fastest Girl in Town" video in the coming weeks. It's the latest single from her current album, Four the Record.
