If you're doing good deeds in your community, the guys of Far East Movement want to know about it. Far East has partnered with the Do Something organization to launch a fan video contest based on their video "Turn Up the Love."
Fans are being urged to shoot a video of themselves doing good deeds in their communities. Videos then can be uploaded to a personal Viddy account with the hashtag #TurnUpTheLoveFM. Far East's Kev Nish says the band then will personally review "all the footage shot by fans around the globe and [release] an alternative music video on our official VEVO YouTube channel" incorporating the best of the fan footage. The contest ends on July 27.
Kev says the goal is to "inspire people to turn up the love in the community." More information about the Turn Up the Love Video Contest is available at the group's website.
