The Who's Pete Townshend Quips About Size of Mick Jagger's Manhood

Gareth Cattermole/Getty ImagesRolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards caused quite a stir in the press after he suggested in his award-winning 2010 autobiography, Keith, that his longtime partner in crime Mick Jagger's manhood was bordering on the small side.  Now, The Who's Pete Townshend has come forward to dispute Richards' claim.  During an online Q&A session announcing his band's upcoming North American tour on Wednesday, Townshend jokingly settled on the subject of Jagger's genitalia when asked about the status of his own forthcoming memoir, Who I Am.

With regard to what's included in the book, Townshend declared, "I certainly spoke about what I remember of the size of Mick Jagger's penis.  I remember it as being huge, absolutely huge, and extremely tasty."

As for the endowments of his own band mate, singer Roger Daltrey, the legendary guitarist said, "I don't remember anything about Roger's.  Nothing."

On a more serious note, Townshend revealed that the book's publishers want him to whittle down the size of the tome before they release it.  "The less said about it right now the better," he added.  Who I Am is scheduled to hit stores in October.
