Hunter Hayes' Fans Campaigning Hard for 2012 Teen Choice Awards Win

AtlanticHunter Hayes is up for Choice Male Country Artist and Choice Country Song for "Storm Warning" at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards. The winners are fan-voted, and Hunter's fans have been all over Twitter and Facebook campaigning for him in those categories.

Hunter tells ABC News Radio, "They're always behind me a hundred percent.  I can't tell you how appreciative I am of that.  I think that's the coolest thing about it...to have a nomination and to have a bunch of really awesome fans that get behind it."

The 2012 Teen Choice Awards broadcast live on Fox Sunday night at 8:00 ET.
