Little Big Town Had a Party While Shooting "Pontoon" Video

Capitol NashvilleLittle Big Town didn't have to try too hard to have fun while making their "Pontoon" video on a Nashville-area lake.  Band member Karen Fairchild tells ABC News Radio the clip glamorizes lake life with the guys in the group hitting golf balls off the top of the boat while Karen and Kimberly Schlapman lounge around reading magazines and sipping cocktails.  Of course, finding the right look for a day on the lake was a big part of making the video for the girls.

"We like to say St. Barts meets hillbilly lake, which is probably exactly the way we dress all the time," Karen says of her and Kimberly's fashion choices.

The pontoon in the video also had a grill, and group member Phillip Sweet indulged in some of the chicken and sausage you see in the clip.  He says, "I ate some of it.  It was delicious." 

"Pontoon" is the lead single from Little Big Town's new album, Tornado, due out September 11.
