Gloriana is enjoying the biggest hit of their career so far with "(Kissed You) Good Night," which tells the story of a guy working up the courage to give his date a kiss. It turns out several fans have used the song as inspiration to get a little bolder with their love interests.
Band member Tom Gossin has been hearing stories from fans on the matter. He tells ABC News Radio, " People are like, 'This helped me have my first kiss with this person that I love, that I didn't have the courage but the song came on at the right moment, blah blah blah, now we're making out.'"
Tom adds, "I'm just glad Gloriana is out there helping people get it on."
"(Kissed You) Good Night" is included on Gloriana's sophomore album, A Thousand Miles Left Behind, due out next week. They've actually recorded the album more than a year ago, and the group's Rachel Reinert says, "It feels good that it's finally here, and it's just a body of work that we're really proud of. We're ready for it."
Look for Gloriana to support the new release with a performance on ABC's Good Morning America on Monday. A Thousand Miles Left Behind will be released on Tuesday.
