Kenny Chesney is racing towards #1 with his latest hit, "Come Over." The song was just certified gold for selling 500,000 copies, and it also kicks off Kenny's current release, Welcome to the Fishbowl. That placement on the album was purposeful.
"When you get to a point in your career that I am, you have to search for melodies that are just different," Kenny says of "Come Over." "It's a song that I needed at this point in my career, and it was an incredible way to kick off the record, I think, productionwise and emotionally ’cause it does set a tone."
Kenny's live shows don't share the same tone as "Come Over" though. He's keeping things rocking on the Brothers of the Sun tour with Tim McGraw this summer. They play stadium dates in Indianapolis and Cleveland this weekend.
