Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys Tied to Movie Filming in Brooklyn

JenniferHudson.comJennifer Hudson has been cast in the upcoming film The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete.  That's according to Deadline.com, which reports that JHud's cast mates include Jordin Sparks and Anthony Mackie.  

Jennifer and Jordin aren't the only music stars tied to the film, though.  Alicia Keys is listed as an executive producer.

The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete centers on two inner-city youngsters who have to manage on their own after their mothers are taken away by authorities, according to Deadline.  Production is underway now in Brooklyn.
