Birdman Calls Lil Wayne's Upcoming Album "Art"

Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty ImagesBirdman tells MTV that Lil Wayne's upcoming album I Am Not a Human Being II is not only "totally different" than Weezy's previous work, but he says it's "a perfect work of art."

Birdman, who appears on the July 7 cover of Billboard, says that, of course, he's a fan of Wayne.  Still, he's impressed by the rapper's latest effort, telling MTV that Weezy "really goes so hard in so many different ways."  Birdman adds that, "it's like magic for me to watch him put his mind-set together."

Wayne told MTV back in June that I Am Not a Human Being II was complete, though a release date is unknown.  The disc includes the first single, "My Homies Still," features Big Sean.
