Roxy Music Celebrates 40th Anniversary with 10 CD Box Set

EMI Music North AmericaRoxy Music is marking their 40th anniversary with a career-spanning 10 CD box set featuring their eight studio albums plus several singles, B-sides, and remixes. 

Roxy Music: The Complete Studio Recordings will be released August 28. The English band formed by Bryan Ferry made its debut in 1972 with its self-titled album, followed by For Your Pleasure in 1973, Stranded in 1973, Country Life in 1974, Siren  in 1975, Manifesto  in 1979, Flesh and Blood in 1980 and Avalon in 1982.

Several songs are being released on CD for the first time including the American seven-inch mixes of “Do the Strand,” “Love Is the Drug,” and “Take a Chance with Me."”
