The Wanted's Max: "My Girlfriend Was Jealous I Kissed J-Lo...'Cause She Wanted To"

Max George, 2nd from right; Facebook.com/TheWantedIt would be normal for a girl to be jealous if she found out her boyfriend kissed someone who was once dubbed the world's most beautiful woman.  But that's not apparently the way it works for The Wanted's Max George and his girlfriend.

Max tells the British paper The Sun that when he and the rest of the group appeared on American Idol earlier this year, he managed to plant a kiss on Jennifer Lopez, and his girlfriend, actress Michelle Keegan, was ticked off -- because she wanted to be the one doing the kissing.

Max says, "My girlfriend was jealous but not because I was with J-Lo in that way.  It’s because she wasn’t with J-Lo. She has a massive crush on her. If she met J-Lo it would be me keeping an eye on them two."  He added, "Saying that, I wouldn’t mind watching -- it would be great."

The Wanted singer adds that J-Lo was "easily one of the nicest stars we’ve met....She was perfect." 

Group member Nathan Sykes shared that, unlike One Direction, they haven't been spending their newly-found wealth on expensive cars or houses -- at least, not yet. "I’ve treated my family, got them a few bits. Nothing major," Nathan says.

It wouldn't make any sense for them to buy cars, since according to The Sun, none of the five Wanted members can drive.  Plus, Max added, "We drink too much so it wouldn’t be safe anyway.”
