OneRepublic Drummer Won't Be Charged in Alleged Altercation with Ex

Bennett Raglin/Getty Images for NeuroThe drummer for OneRepublic will not face charges in connection with a May incident in which he allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend, according to TMZ.com.

Edward Ray Fisher had been accused of pushing his ex through her cabinets inside her Denver, Colorado, home. He was arrested for alleged destruction of private property, disturbing the peace and assault. 

TMZ says the case will soon be dismissed by a judge at the request of Denver prosecutors, who cite insufficient evidence as the reason for their decision.
