Taylor Swift Expected to Announce Album Plans on Webcast Tonight

13 ManagementTaylor Swift will host a live Web chat at YouTube.com/TaylorSwift and TaylorSwift.com on Monday night at 7 ET. You can submit questions in real time using your YouTube account, and Taylor promises to share "some really cool news" during the chat.

We'll hear music from Taylor in the web chat -- in fact, she plans to perform her brand-new single, according to an online video she just posted.
