Carly Rae Jepsen Unveils Album Cover for "Kiss"

604 Records/Schoolboy Records/Interscope RecordsCarly Rae Jepsen recently announced that her long-awaited debut album Kiss would be in stores September 18; now she's unveiled the album cover art.  It shows Carly, wearing a red T-shirt, multi-colored pants and a purple bow belt, posed against a pink background; her signature is scrawled across her photo in white, with the letters of the word "Kiss" placed in each corner of the square.

As previously reported, Carly has said that the sound of the album is influenced by Swedish pop star Robyn, '80s new wavers The Cars, Madonna and legendary singer/songwriter James Taylor

The Canadian singer will hit NBC's Today show on August 23 to perform her new single "Good Time" with Owl City, as well as "Call Me Maybe."  Also look for her on America's Got Talent on August 22, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on August 28 and Conan on August 29. 

This weekend, Carly Rae is one of the acts performing at the Mixtape Festival in Hershey, Pennsylvania, along with Kelly Clarkson, The Fray, The Wanted, 98 Degrees, New Kids on the Block, The Backstreet Boys and more.
