Carrie Underwood Announces Tour Charity Plans, New VH1 Specials Coming This Fall

Arista NashvilleCarrie Underwood appeared on NBC's Today and VH1's Big Morning Buzz Wednesday morning and made some pretty big announcements.

Before she performed on Today, Carrie revealed she's donating $1 from every concert ticket on her Blown Away tour to the Red Cross in America and Canada. The trek launches September 14 in Connecticut with special guest Hunter Hayes.

Later on Big Morning Buzz, Carrie announced she's got plans for a VH1 Behind the Music special and a VH1 Unplugged performance coming up this fall. Carrie's mother Carole and husband Mike Fisher were among those interviewed for Behind the Music.
