Founding Guns N' Roses Drummer's New Band to Make Debut on Kiss Kruise II
AdlerRocks.comAdler, the new group formed by original Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler, has joined the lineup for the second annual Kiss Kruise, which sets sail from Miami on October 31. The Adler band will makes its first live performance during The Kiss Kruise II, which will visit Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas along the way before returning to port on November 4.
"I'm really excited to debut my new band by playing with Kiss," the drummer says. "Kiss has always been one of my favorite bands and they are all great guys. The cruise is sure to be an amazing time!"
Besides Kiss and Adler, the entertainment lineup for the nautical extravaganza includes Skid Row and several other bands. The cruise also will feature a wide variety of activities, such as a Q&A with Kiss, costume contests, theme nights and more.
Adler's debut album is due out later this year. The record was produced by Foreigner/ex-Dokken bassist Jeff Pilson, and will feature guest appearances by former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash and Rob Zombie guitarist John 5. The lead single, "The One that You Hated," was released earlier this year.
