Taylor Swift could be performing an acoustic VH1 Storytellers concert special at your high school or college campus this fall.
A contest to win the Taylor concert is now open to eligible high schools and colleges in the continental U.S. through September 23 at TaylorSwiftonCampus.com. The top five schools with the most votes in the contest will each get a $10,000 grant for their music program, courtesy of Taylor and Chegg, the leading student hub. Look for Taylor's VH1 Storytellers performance to air Sunday, November 11 at 6 p.m. ET and 11 p.m. ET.
In addition to Taylor, Pink and Alicia Keys will also be featured in the new season of VH1 Storytellers. Alicia's installment will air Monday, November 12 at 11 p.m. ET/PT, while Pink's will air at the same time the next day. All three episodes will also air on the VH1 Storytellers website.
Not coincidentally, all three women have new albums coming out this fall. Pink has The Truth About Love due September 18, and Taylor's Red is coming October 22. Alicia's Girl on Fire doesn't have a specific release date yet.
In a statement to Entertainment Weekly, Pink said of her involvement in the show, "I have always loved Storytellers and, as a songwriter, how much fun it is to be able to tell your stories." She adds, "Everyone has heard mine before!”
