Watch Springsteen & McCartney's Hard Rock Calling Performance on Palladia, VH1 on Saturday

Facebook.com/HardRockCallingNew details have been revealed about the special featuring highlights from last month's Hard Rock Calling festival in London that's scheduled to premiere on the high-definition Palladia channel Saturday night at 9 p.m. ET/PT. As expected, the program will include the historic performance in which special guest Paul McCartney joined Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band to play a couple of classic Beatles hits only to have the stage power cut by the organizers because of curfew concerns.

The Hard Rock Calling 2012 special also will air on VH1 at the same time, and will premiere on VH1 Classic on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

The show also will boast additional footage from the Boss and the E Street Band's set, as well as performances from such other music stars as John Fogerty, Paul Simon and Iggy & the Stooges. This year's Hard Rock Calling fest took place in London's Hyde Park on July 13, 14 and 15.
