Fergie Relives Olympic Dreams by Posting Video of Herself as a Child Star

David Livingston/Getty ImagesFergie is a multi-platinum singer, sometime actress and businesswoman, but even she once dreamed of Olympic glory -- at least on TV.

After being inspired by watching the gold medal-winning U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics team, she tweeted, "The Fab Five brought me back 2 my dreams as a little girl," and added the hashtags, " ."  She then provided a link to a YouTube video of herself that's pretty hilarious.

The video is from the show Kids Incorporated, a children's TV show on which a young Stacy Ferguson -- Fergie's birth name -- starred from 1983 to 1989.  In the video, a pigtailed nine-year-old Fergie, wearing a red leotard, is shown belting out an inspirational tune called "Go For It" while a gymnast, clad in a red, white and blue leotard, who represents her fantasy, performs flips and cartwheels across a mat.

While young Stacy doesn't really resemble the woman that Fergie grew up to become, you can tell it's her because of the telltale cleft in her chin.
