Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have performed together many times before on their Soul2Soul tours, but their new Soul2Soul show at The Venetian in Las Vegas promises to offer fans something they've never seen from the couple before. The tours featured individual sets from Tim and Faith, but this time around they'll be sharing the stage for most of the 90-minute show.
Tim says, "It will be a different format than we've done before."
They're also dreaming big when it comes to what the show will look like as far as staging and lighting goes. The Venetian has given Tim and Faith the green light to renovate their main theater, and Tim says, The production is going to be very cutting edge. We want to do really cool stuff. Things that certainly we haven't done before and probably some things that haven't been done before in a lot of ways. "
When mounting a tour, Tim and Faith also have to make sure their staging can be packed up in a truck and travel from town to town. Being in the same theater for all of the shows frees them from that constraint.
"There's some things that we can do that you can't do in a different show every day in a different place," Tim explains. "It's just a great opportunity to do something like that."
