Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert Share Their Love on Twitter

Getty Images/ACABlake Shelton and Miranda Lambert spend quite a bit of time apart due to their work schedules, so it's nice to see them show their love for each other on Twitter.

In a spontaneous tweet sent Friday morning, Miranda said, "Hey Blake Shelton…I love you!" with a smiley face on the end. Blake tweeted back, "I love you too!!!"
