Kelly Rowland Hosting Auditions; Shows Off New Tattoo

Kelly Rowland is looking for a few good men.

"Can you sing and dance?" Kelly asks in a flyer, announcing auditions for male singers who can also hold their own when it comes to choreography.  An audition Saturday in Atlanta will be followed by tryouts in New York City on Wednesday, then in Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 23.

There's no word on what's sparked Kelly's search, but she's been working on her fourth studio album.  Back in July she released her single "Ice," featuring Lil Wayne, who previously appeared on her chart-topping smash "Motivation."

In other Kelly news, the singer has new body art.  On Thursday she tweeted, "New tattoo!!! Oh……and braids. Lol."  A photo shows off Kelly's new 'do, along with a small black cross etched on the back of her neck.
