Justin Bieber Jokes About "50 Shades of Grey": "They Want Me to Be in the Movie!"

Frazer Harrison/Getty Images via ABCAside from being only 18 years old, Justin Bieber's got a pretty squeaky-clean image -- but that didn't stop him from joking that he's being eyed for a role in the movie version of the erotic softcore porn novel 50 Shades of Grey.

Appearing on the U.K.'s Jonathan Ross talk show on Saturday night, The Bieb told host Jonathan Ross that he doesn't talk about his relationship with Selena Gomez much because he wants his fans to be comfortable -- he said he doesn't like to "throw it in their face or anything like that." 

Attempting to make an off-color joke about Justin's remark, Ross turned to the audience and said, "He didn't mean that," which got a big laugh.  When Justin became confused and said "What?"  Ross replied, "We're in England. We're a different class of people."  Justin responded, "You guys have a sick sense of humor! God!" Ross said, "They've all read 50 Shades of Grey, that's the problem."  More laughter followed.

Then, Ross asked Justin if he was familiar with the book.  The singer smiled, popped his collar and said, "Yeah, they actually want me to be in the movie!"  Screams and cheers followed, but Justin laughed, shook his head and said, "I'm just kidding, just kidding!"  Ross joked that if it were true, the movie would be called Christian Grey: His Adventures as a Boy.
